N°1 Bond Maker helps restore broken bonds and restores stability and elasticity to the hair. Its pH is the same as Wella Professionals products and provides optimal lightening and penetration of color molecules.
N°2 Bond Stabilizer strengthens and fortifies the hair by building more bonds. It improves resistance and rebalances the pH during the WELLAPLEX process. At the same time, it smoothes and protects the hair surface, reducing hair breakage by up to 97% compared to bleaching without WELLAPLEX.
TOP RESULTS THANKS TO OPTI-pH SYSTEM
An optimal pH value is crucial when bleaching and coloring. Lightening products and oxidation hair dyes have a high pH (~ 9-10), which is necessary to open the hair cuticle to allow penetration of the lightening and coloring molecules. The formula of WELLAPLEX with OPTI-pH SYSTEM perfectly complements the Wella Professionals products.
